Default ran 13.8 @ 102....where should I be??

My first and only time to the track I ran 13.8 @ 102 w/ 2.22 60'. Considering my dyno #s, where do you think I should be? If I got some drag radials and a TQ arm could I get a 12.9?

The reason I ask is that a stock LS1 can usually get high 12s with a good 60'. I figure my HP is pretty close to a stock LS1.

What do you guys think??

if you got a stock 10 bolt and your trapping 102 mph with a good 60' I say mid 13's. you need more mph to get a 12.9. you need to be atleast trapping 107 or so with a 1.8 60' and then you'll see your 12.9.

Who told you that? High 12's are pretty rare for a stock
LS1. However, they are definitely possible with a M6 car, a 1.9 60,
and some serious rowing.

You're a long way off from 12.90's. Let's say you pick up some drag
radials and you cut a 1.80 60'. You're still looking at a 13.30 or so.

My suggestion would be to pick up some drag radials and add some
more power. You'll get your 12's.

you'll need a really good 60' to hit that. e.t.
i don't see a 12.9 with that m6 and 102mph.

Thumbs up Lt1

If you want to run 12's the weak link is the 7.5 ring and pinion. You have the power you just have to launch hard, save your money get a built rear end slicks and a little suspension 5k launch easily high 12's.

102 for an m6 seems a little low, especially for this time of year. Wait... he's got a '96-that's actually not bad. Get that 60' in the 1.8's and your lookin' at 13.3's -13'2s.
Lose some weight (like 300#'s and you'll see 12's) or add some power.

What track do you race at? 102 MPH seems like a slow trap for an M6 with those mods unless you're running at a higher elevation.

I ran a 13.4 at 104, 2.18 60' with a couple less mods than you in my M6 vert. What elevation are you at?

Quick Reply: ran 13.8 @ 102....where should I be??
