Is it just me or should the car be picking up a little more up top? Pass was in a da of around 2400, car has a 3000k stall, lt's, true duals, coolant bypass, mti lid, k&n filter, smooth bellows, 160 degree thermostat, shift kit, b&m 24k cooler, and eibach prokit for all mods
60'...........1.93
330..........5.508
1/8...........8.406
mph..........85.297
1000..........10.850
1/4............13.053
mph...........105.840
car dynoed 317/335. From the 1/8th to 1/4 car picked up 20.543mph.
Car was full wieght with a full tank of gas for the run
i know my old mustang gt put down 298/312 and would pick up about 22.5-22.9 from the 1/8th to 1/4 but car was just shy of 3300 with me in it
have to check my documents to see when/if the fuel filters been changed...car has 19k miles on it

gearing is stock 3.23's. Also realized the da is wrong da was 2868 not sure if that really would make a huge difference. 1/8 mile mph could be low cuase as i stated i had to ease into the throttle due to no prep
For a basically stock car (gears, converter, cam, wight), that sounds about right. I posted a similar thread about my times. My 1/8th mph was 93.03 and my 1/4 times are in my sig.
Its not about how many mph you pick up in the last 1/8th, its an equation relative to your 1st 1/8th trap. If my trap is 93, I multiply by 1.245 and it roughly gives me my 1/4 trap. I tried this formula out on a couple peoples #'s that run well and it seems to work out. However, this is only rough estimation and doesn't account for steep gears, very high stalls, or power adders, and especially not 6 speeds.

The da would make at least a tenth difference, being that you pedeled it out the hole and got a top end gear that would explain why you eighth mile was a bit slow. i would try a 3:73, that'l bring her around.
