It was a great year for me. I had my first round win and placed runner up in the 8.0 class at one of the events. I also got my time from 9.34 to 7.78 in the 1/8th.

Bought the car in January, had it out in early March and went 12.0s before the tune. After the tune, qa1's, wolfe 6pt, prostars, and duals it went 11.83s@115.
I bought the car with the goal of going 10.0s, so I'm taking a big leap in that direction over the winter and installing a PT76GTS single turbo setup on the car, 6.0 heads, custom cam, ls6 intake, possibly a th400, and a 9". Should be different, fun, crazy animal next year

Well, I had my most successful year yet without even running a points race. I'm a little disappointed that I couldn't get the car consistant enough to compete this year, but I got a new best, and I know the car has more for 08. I bought the car in April and fought it all year. Labor Day weekend was worth all of the pain when I went 10.50 fight off the trailer, and backed it up with a 10.38 on the 150 shot. I was really trying to hit 9's the second day with a 200 shot, but I was ill-prepared and the car nosed over at the 1000' mark due to bottle pressure. That run ended up being 10.45@120.

08 should be a good year as long as the tranny will hold up. I'm going to try to pus a dual stage 250 with some weight reduction. Hopefully I will have my IHRA 9sec competition license next year . Do you guys think I am setting my hopes too high?

What a year!!! Started off by teaming up with Brady on The Black Bitch to run the ORSCA EZ Street class. Hit alot of bumps in the first part of the year but finished off with 3 wins in 4 races and running the fastest 1/8th mile with a torque arm 4.89 @ 154. We hope to continue the momentum in 2008.

Also won World Ford Challenge X Outlaw Drag Radial with our Madman built 04 Cobra

Also Madman & co Racing suspensions and cars were featured 4 times in GM High tech Magazine. Our parts are also on the record setting LMR turbo LSX powered camaro.

I am glad the year is over after being at the track 28 weekends this year but 2008 is going to be bigger and better.

Blew up a fairly new motor on the dyno. Spent the summer selling and buying. Starting to put stuff back together for 08.

All on all a **** year.

Oh well at least I didn't have to try and stop in my own oil. I would have tested Chuck's welding skills if it didn't let go on the dyno.

18 trips to the track this year, never had to push it in the trailer, wore out 2.5 sets of tires, won a couple races, runner upped a couple times, lost a lot of times but thats racing

Not to mention had the car car featured in FSC and had a nice pic of it used the SDPC ad as well. Even made a couple 8 second passes. Year isnt over though, put a new engine in and freshened up the trans last week so I'll be back out this weekend breaking in the new engine

I voted for Not my best season, but definately a great season. The greatest part was I got to race this year with my Dad & Brother, all of us in LS1 camaros!

I finished in 2nd in points in 3 different series;
2nd in HRP's 1/4 mile bracket points(NHRA)
2nd in HRP's 1/8 mile bracket points(NHRA)
2nd in Lone Star Raceway bracket points(IHRA)

I also won 8 total races this season but I couldn't have done it without my great sponsors;

Probably the best season I have had yet. Started racing my Camaro in August and took some time getting used to that.
-6th in points (sucked at the end of the year..could have been 2nd or 3rd)
-2nd straight NHRA Division Finals appearance
-WON A WALLY!
Definitly can't wait until it gets warm again and get back out there!

I managed to have my car published for the 5th time but accomplished a first by making the cover.

Sold my car.

Won the Ultimate Street Shootout series points championship with a borrowed car (Caveman's) for the last 2 races.

I guess it wasn't too bad a year.

My damn track car has been down all year. I'm about to lose my freakin' mind.

Have had a tiny bit of "off track" action in my SS and my wife's Z28 vert, but that's about it for the entire year. I've almost forgotten how to get to the drag strip.

I didn't race that much this year, didn't hit my 1/4 mile goal, took the spray off & thought about selling the car...I did get a new PB in the 1/8, NA...

2008? New nitrous kit, new converter & suspension, new best times & more track outings!

07 Sucked ***, I had 9 surgeries on my foot and leg, so I only made it to the track 3 times. First time the hood broke and flew off the car, had a few good runs the next time out, the last time out I tried a new quick fuel 1250 the was the worst carb I've ever used. Looking for 08 to be better.
