Kirkey Pro Drag seats without a cage???

Kirkey Pro Drag seats without a cage??? Can you install the Kirkey Pro Drag seats in a car without a cage? I plan on buying some Pro Drags with the floor brackets from Racecraft but I don't have a cage to mount the back of the seat to.

Thanks for the info guys. Does anyone else think running Kirkeys without a cage is ok? I have found a bunch of pics where it appears that the seat is not mounted to the cage in any way.

Along with my friends cobra with kirkys and no cage, another friend had kirkys in his dumdumdumdum with no roll bar, and it went 11.05 @ 125 and they never said anything about his seats or a roll bar.

No frigging way. You could go years with no issue, or 5 minutes & all hell breaks loose.
If an incident ever happens, you will probably get hurt much much worse than a real seat.

Where did you buy them and how much did they set you back? I'm looking to cut some weight and will not be doing a cage for quite a while.
