removing fog lights/brackets and horn tomorrow!

removing ABS/TCS later (as soon as i purchase the abs delete block and non-tcs throttle cable)

nice, ive taken a few things out. some things i put back when its too warm to race

spare tire and jack
rear seat
air bags
bumper supports
catback replaced with a single straight pipe
a/c is out for winter/early spring
carpet, sound deadening and most of the interior including front pass seat comes out soon
probably going with a lighter battery
theres probably more, but i cant think of it all

Didn't see radio or speakers removed there. . . Hell, you start cutting the speaker wires and you'll be surprised how much there is!

hey nemss what size belt you running without your power steering and how do you have it routed? how did you reroute/cut the lines for your power steering any pictures? I am actualy doing that to my trans am now that I was able to get the last bolt off and had some free time

looks good...its gotta be pretty light, I would keep the front sway bar though, i took mine off for a little while and couldn't stand how it drove... it "floated"

hey whats the dash brace? i havent heard of it... is it hard to remove? what does it weigh?

ya true but i love the kickass monsoon system haha. yes our cars do sound kickass! sometimes the music is off for that reason haha

the dash brace is the steel bracing behind the dash that also supports the passenger airbag w/bracket. dash has to come off to remove it. its about 7lbs

ya mine floats w/o the front sway bar. i dont mind it tho. i only use the car as an occasional fair weather weekend car

the ABS delete block is made by billingsley and is a simple bolt-on. remove all the ABS crap and simply bolt on the block in its place. it keeps the stock routing of the stock brake lines

6 rib, 52.5 belt. i removed the pump, bracket, idler and all the lines and plugged the holes in the rack with bolts. belt runs over tensioner, under waterpump, over alternator pulley, crank pulley, then back to tensioner

type in P/S steering delete with pics in the search and there r a couple of pics

Easy 7 lbs for the harness. probably 20 in the whole sound system.

I went threw my factory body harness and removed 60lbs of circuits i ddin't need. another 8 from the engine harness.

well more weight came off today. removed the ABS block and TCS. purchasing the ABS delete block and non-tcs throttle cable. pulling all ABS sensors and reluctor rings when i feel like messing with it haha
