Re: Pictures of the Billingsley !ABS block
brakes feel normal. about 4 lbs. Only downside is the Service Vehicle light came on along with the "brake" light on the dash. Add that to the ABS inop and TCS off light...looks like a damn chrismas tree

Re: Pictures of the Billingsley !ABS block
this was a nobrainer for me since I disabled my ABS with my 9". So the computer for the ABS was just dead weight

Re: Pictures of the Billingsley !ABS block
You could save more weight if you used tube fittings to eliminate the ABS. The Billingsley block has to weigh something and the original mounting bracket looks pretty heavy.
A 3/16 compression tubing tee and a 6 mm (or 1/4" maybe) x 3/16 reducer fitting would do the job. They would have to be either stainless or carbon steel fittings to withstand the high pressure in a brake system. I wouldn't use brass fittings unless you could find brass brake fittings. I haven't been able to find them but I have found the tube fittings.

Re: Pictures of the Billingsley !ABS block
glad your putting my abs block to good use! Jay did mine as a prototype so i am unsure what the cost is.
to get rid of the lights in the dash, remove the cluster, remove the rear panel and install some playdough! works like a charm (got the idea from Tom the roofer)
