Mine ia silver metallic, and I was surprised as to how great it turned out! Plus it is different than the usual black, white, or red.

 

I matched up the interior color so that it blended in. (gray) You can check out the pics on my FQuick link below.

 

Same color as the car. Viper red.

 

My cage is painted POR 15 Sterling silver. I first put the basecoat which was a gray color. That turned out great and had a glass like finish. Then, I applied the topcoat of silver since the basecoat is UV sensitive. I applied it the same way with a brush boat it did not lay very well and i'm not too happy with it.

I'm putting my cage in this winter .. i was wondering what a red cage in a white car would look like ---- the only problem is the tan interior !

 

Mine is like everything else on my Nova: Green!

Used a rattle can and plenty of paper and cardboard, worked great! Pics on my Fquick.

I tried the silver por15 but even with a foam brush I couldn't stop getting lines in it so I used spray cans of touch up paint

 

I think I'm going to paint mine pewter. If that doesn't work out I'm going to use por 15.
