Default Pics of my Percys rear window installed

Had a couple requests for pics of the new pre-blacked out percys rear window, figured I'd just post them up so everyone can see. Make sure if you want a molding like stock you buy another, as the stocker gets ruined upon removal. Also its helpful to have 2 guys for install as the lexan is kinda flimsy compared to glass. Your hatch will also be slightly flexible as the glass is what makes it rigid. All these things should be common sense with any lexan window installation. You'll save about 27 lbs with this window.

That looks awesome. I can't wait to get one for my 93. Both of my camaros have old tint on the rear windows. It makes it hard as hell to see out the back. I almost drolled at seeing how clear it is.

It is really clear. In fact, its going to be very noticeable vs. stock out in the sun. Stock windows have a tint, whereas this doesn't. With a molding and tint I doubt anyone would notice it.

Did you powder coat the prostars or paint them?

Nice....thanks for posting the pics. How much was the factory trim around the glass, and was it hard to come by?

Oh yeah and that is the best lookin' black on black drag oriented car I've seen.

Dig it.

The wheels are the Jegs Pro star knock offs, and they are powdercoated. They are better to coat than welds because welds have the washer riding against the face which tears the powdercoat off. Plus these are cheap. They are my street wheels.

Camaro396: Make me a good offer and they could be yours. Everything I own is always for sale for the right price.

Thanks!

I have no idea on the trim, as you notice in the pics I don't have it anymore. I might try something else though, I'll update the thread if it works.

Its installed as it came out of the box. Like I said, if you're picky you might wanna sand the edges to make the cuts straighter. It did fit right on though.
