11.43 "cam only"

11.43 "cam only" Tis the season for new bests I guess. 
Had alot of passes in the 11.40s (7) and the best pass was an 11.433 @ 116.58 (1.52). DA was -605, the track didn't have the scale turned on, but I'm guessing raceweight was about 3325# or so w/a half tank of gas.
Anyone who races at US 41 knows how much of a joke their tech is, and to my suprise they told me I better have a roll bar and a fire jacket next spring.
I know it's a rule and a good one at that, but damn a roll bar in my street car. 
I have a few more pounds to remove and will try to get into the 11.30s before that heavy bar goes in over the winter.

Coach, I'm looking into my roll bar options and will have one in by the Spring.
Pugs, they don't have any set in stone policys, but they thought it would be a good idea for me and I agree. Besides I would like to race at other tracks and compete in other events. It gets old bracket racing when you can't go any faster than 12.0s.

I ran today but my posi is toast or something. She howls in the burnout box spinnin one wheel. The car cant hook of the line(1.65's) and i only ran 11.52 @ 119 with the heads now
with that 60ft cam only I only went 11.78 @ 114 though
she's gonna go 11.1-2's but my raceweights still at 3500 pounds
congrats man!! the air out here friday night was awesome, but the air today wasnt to great(still good though)
im comin for ya.... hell get heads and you can have a shot at 10's or 11.0's

I'm on my second one and it's holding up, but for how long??
As far as this cam goes, It may not make the big dyno numbers, but I don't have to spin my stock bottom end to the moon. Shifts happen at about 6400-6500.

that 60 is awesome. If mine woulda went sub 1.55's she woulda hit the 11.4's also. We are tic for tat
mine held 4 years of 1.6's and 1.5's so it did me well!
btw, im shifting at 6450.. no need to spin her higher.. im in peak power from 5900-6300 with the heads so cam only would be the same for me
