New LS Next Pro engine block getting painted with PPG single stage paint. Getting back to the machine shop Friday and assembly starts.
Dart polished CCW crankshaft, Stef’s COPO pan, Tony Mamo 250cc AFR cathedral heads, Tony Mamo Fast 102, Kooks 1 7/8” to 2” headers and Star vacuum pump that mounts in the A/C location are just a few items being used.

Have you looked into the new LST cams by Competition cams. Better valve control at high RPM.

It’s home. Ordering small parts needed, then need to find an engine dyno and tuner.

Having a hard time finding an Engine Dyno Tuner local. I am in search of one to drive to. In the mean time, currently learning HP Tuners and working on suspension upgrades on the car. More tune ability.

On more thing off the list, coil mount brackets done. Able to use stock LS1 wires, with no issues of wires getting burned from the headers due the coils being reorientated. Brackets are out for paint and should be back early this week.

Finished making brackets and welding brackets for feed line and fuel pressure regulator. Fuel system upgrade is completed.

Next, will be cleaning up the wire harness in the engine bay. Would like to relocate or downsize to one fuse box.

Getting ready for Chrome Moly roll bar install. The car has only 13,000 miles and the the roof is gassing badly, (paint bubbling) due to the adhesive used to glue it on in 2002. To make it easier for the roll bar install, the original roof will be removed and a new carbon fibre roof from Midwest Chassis will be installed once roll bar is completed.

Working on the clearance for the 4L80e electrical connection. Used a 3” hole saw and piece of 3” exhaust tubing.

Used this picture for reference,
