Its a Extreme magna power pn: ETX16L. I have been using it in cold 25-30 degree weather and it still wips over just as good as the stocker. But I make sure nothing is left on, while the motor is not running.

Bringin this thread back. I want to grab an ETX 16 or 14 that i will use only for racing. Do these have to sit on a charger before you install them like some motorcycle batteries?

Im going to try out a 17lb lawn and garden battery from Autozone in a couple of weeks, It has 420CCA's and XXXCA

Buying one today, anyone know what kind of charger I'd have to use? Can I use my regular battery charger on 2 amps?
