Do you have any closer up pictures of your engine bay without the bumper/headlight covers?

Are those twin 88mm turbos?

Wow Biggdogg! Looks amazing! How do you have the headlight doors mounted? How was the fit and finish of the hood?

The head light covers have a tube welded to the backside that bolts to a bracket that was welded on...
The hood fit good my painter said the hood needed some work but he did a good job on it. painted it twice then wet sanded it and buffed it...

pm me whenever you make a pin on or bolt on that is windshield wiper friendly. I love the hood, but I need my wipers in Florida, storms come and go in seconds.

Hood looks great! Thanks for posting up pics!

We are tossing around a few ideas for the LT-1's...
but did have a few questions...

Are you guys interested in something like the hood above? Our sloped raised hood?

Or just a standard WS6?

Our pin on hoods can be wiper friendly - we can trim these down upon request (no additional charge)...and of course our bolt on hoods do not hit the windshield to allow the room needed for the wipers.

Thanks!
Jeanie

VFN are you still making other "new" hoods for the 98+ cars? You said you were developing new stuff that weren't finished yet but haven't mentioned them in a while.

you guys have a million hood options, its our turn!!!

i personally like that hood above... but idk how well it would look on the lt1 body
the ws6 hood you guys currently offer IMO is a little too big looking

but those are just my opinions, cmon guys chime in!!

lol i agree with your statement about they have too many hoods. all we get is the ram air hood. call me joe dirt but i want like a 4 - 5 inch cowl induction hood. that flows on the same body lines as the fenders.

i vote for the sloped raised hood style, but can we have options for it??
like a choice from different sizes 3 iin for street cars 4in, and 5 in for race cars
pin on or bolt on
to the windshield or not
is it possible to make a bolt on to the windshield or as close to it that we can still use our wipers and open the hood??

Sure! As long as it is extended like that one, to cover the wiper area. Ive been putting off getting a hood for my car forever, but Im getting down to the wire and will have to get something soon.

it would be nice to see a 2-3 inch that would be more streetable= windshield wiper friendly, and keep the 5 inch for the more track oriented person. I love the 5 inch but My car is not that fast yet to deem that hood neccessary.

Can you put heat extractors in them?
