What ET gains could I have going from Bilstein HD shocks to QA1's in front?
For now my 60ft are somewhere in 2.0 range, with 340whp 13.0@110mph.
Will front QA1's help me much or just 0.1 in 1/4? I know they wouldn't hurt, just not sure it will be cost-effective upgrade now when I'm very on budget...
Now I have Bilstein HD's with WS6 springs on all corners.
Or maybe just some stockers on the front would help too?

they will transfer the weight quicker so yes they will help.....you should go 1.8's with no problem and are you on a drag radial ....the drag radial is a must also though and every .1 down low in the 60 is good for .2 on the top

qa1 shock should help, swapping to a 300 lb spring will help weight transfer too.
If you have a stick car, the R series may be a better route because the compression remains on a rate about equeal to what setting #8 is on the regular 12 way, which will help stop the nose from dropping so much during shifts, and should help keep the radial tires planted rather then unloading.
If you have an auto car the regular 12 way will be fine.
