You also need to consider if it's t-top or hardtop. I've read that the hardtop cars are lighter than the t-top cars. I don't know by how much, maybe somebody has that information.

I ran my '98 Formula at 3600 raceweight a long time, only had !front swaybar, ac, back seat, and jack/spare out. (200 for me)

My white '00 Camaro (t-top car) was 3100 without driver, with stock k, front uppers and lowers, and stock brakes. So 3300 with me.

This newer black '00 Camaro was reportedly 2950 without driver and with an iron block. The car no longer has some mods on it, so my goal is 3000 w/o me and with an alum block for now.

2985, full tank of gas, t top car. And since then I have taken a bit more weight out (vfn hood, kirkeys, a arms, etc..). I'll be weighing the car again before next season.

my 02 ws-6 weighs in at 3416 with 1/2 tank of fuel, moser 9 inch, sfc's, tunnel mounted torque arm & nitrous kit with all the goodies & full 10lb bottle. i weighed it on a 4 corner scale that weighs stock cars, so i know its pretty accurate. this is also with the rear seats, front sway bar, spare tire, jack & a/c removed.

when the car was stock, i weighed it at a local quarry & it came in at 3480 with everything in it & 1/2 tank of fuel. this winter, i'm putting it on a pretty serious diet as i would like to get it close to 3000-3100 without driver.

IMO its pointless to weigh the car without driver.

please explain why its pointless. if it matters that much to you, we did weigh the car with & without me in it.

here's how the weight was distributed without me in it;

LF:936 RF:942
LR:770 RR:769

this is with me in the car;

LF:1000 RF:964
LR:849 RR:797

i thought it was strange how the LR is where a lot of my weight showed up. now that i have the adjustable rear swaybar on the car, i wanna see if i can use the scales again to see how adjusting the bar affects the weight distribution

The adjustable rear sway bar will even it out dramatically. This is after the rear sway bar was put on and adjusted.

LF996 RF940
LR819 RR811

My car weighs 3425 w/o driver and my car has a/c and heat th350 trans 12 bolt rear Billet Specialties 15x4 hoosier fronts 15x10 rear hoosier slicks, deleted sway bar, nitrous system and 1/2 tank of gas, full interior, air bags and all.

My car race weight is 3565 w/driver. My fat *** slows my car down so my buddy drives who weighs 140 lbs

I consider mine street legal, it has head/tail lights, turn signals, horn, wipers, drivers seat and seat belt. It also has all of the interior trim panels and lightweight carpet. Everything else is gone.
can you please list out everything you've removed to get to that point? I'm in a vert, but I'd like to get her down closer to 3100-3200 lbs still.
