What A Typical 550hp 4th Gen Run?
I have been thinking about what turbo I want to slap on my build...
The one I am going with probably will support 600RWHP max....
I was originally going to go bigger on the turbo but then thought...well hell..what can 600RWHP get me?...
So on a properly set-up car, that is still near full weight, 346, A4 (3600stall), 3.23s, what should it be able to run at a power level of 550-600 at the wheels?....
**I know there are a million variables, but any experienced thoughts?**

^ Yea, I was thinking the same.
Although I do not own a Turbo LS1, so my frame of reference maybe not as accurate.
I will say is that race weight will be more, compared to a N/A or Nitrous set up as you have the whole turbo set up on the nose or in the engine bay. Also the needed safety equipment will be required. such as a Cage (6 or 10 point).
My main concern and due to the power and racewight is that 4L60e will NOT survive, and if it last for a few pulls on the dyno or down the track a few times, I will be surprised. As everyone has seen one "last", what they are not telling you is how many times they have rebuilt it and on the 10th try, it stayed together but for the life of them, they cannot figure out what was tweaked to make the difference.
So with that said. A set up like that would be fun and def would get you kicked out of the track w/o much effort.

well im running N/A with 461 rwhp with a 3090 race weight thru a th400 ... 10.25 @ 130 with a converter that was setup for nitrous getting it re-stalled so dont know the finally numbers yet ......
so like Blk screaming said im not familiar with the turbo setups ....
but i would assume somewhere in the lower 10's as a guess ....

So as it looks, 10s for sure should be not a problem?
As for the 4L60s.... Yea I agree...
The car just might get a TH400.... I'd go 4L80 but Im already gonna be heavy....
