Just purchased a Gear Vendors overdrive unit

Hey guys was not following this thread ,I have a 2001 TA supercharged over 700 rear wheels, runs low 10's .I run a TH400 and gear vendor (3rd year). With a spohn short torque arm and BMR tran cross member (you will have to put a spacer to raise trans) .Install very clean no beating the tunnel.Car ran same time before and after. You will not be able to use it at the track it engages to slow. For street driving it is fantastic, since my car was a 6 speed and the TH 400 was not great for highway cruising.

OP here!
Yeah I made some changes, car was just some fuel lines and a tune away from being on the road but I pulled the plug and sold all the LSX stuff. I'm in the process of putting in a BBC now. GV still going in but it's a ways off.

I wanted big, streetable, AFFORDABLE hp.
If I could've built an 900 hp pump gas LSX motor for $15k I would have, lol
With a moderate 250-300 hit I will be able to run the 8.50 index at Etown driving to the track and back.
The BBC just fits my needs (& wallet).
LSX stuff friggin' WORKS but I can't build what I want with my race budget w/o going BBC.
