Default Lightweight front seats

What are you guys doing for front seats? I really want something that will recline without weighing 45lbs. I found a few from Procar, but with brackets they are close to 35lbs. Not a real weight saver for the price.

JEGS Pro High Back II Race Seat at the moment until I have the funds for a pair of Kirkey Pro Streets...

There are no light reclinable seats IMO.

Yeah but 26 lbs compared to 5 lbs is not light (well at least to me), that's all I was getting at... lol

You have any pics of these in your car and how you mounted it to your cage?

No man, I'm sorry. I've got the car apart getting ready to start my winter project. There are others that should have pics of these or similar seats. I will look and see for ya real quick...

The best way to mount the seats to the cage IMO is with a bracket like this, which you can buy from Jegs.

I would obviously prefer to have a set of the Pro Street Kirkey's where they are so padded and comfortable, but for $30/piece you can't beat them!!

I like those plastic molded seats with a cover, they are pretty comfortable. I'm wimpy, I don't like Kirkey seats I find them to be uncomfortable and too race car for me.

I love the idea of those. Who ever thought of the adjustable seat slider back brace is a genius.

EDIT: Those Jeg's seats are super cheap. The only thing they get you on is the covers almost cost as much as the seats.

I prefer mine with out the covers. The covers slide around too much and I just didn't care for them over all, so I spent half as much and am twice as happy with these plastic seats just by themselves. Just my $.02.
