where can i measure from to make sure car is square?
the *** of the car seems to always kick to the right on the hit or if it gets loose. i want to make sure the car is square. ive got the panhard dead even measuring off the fenders with a half tank of gas (figured that was a good middle ground) but dont know where to measure for the control arms etc)

If thats without you in the car, then it's way off. Thats why the *** is shooting to the right.
It needs to be scaled with the driver, at race weight, doors close , and all saftey/weight where it will be in the same location as is you were going down the track.
I have all of mine wrote down somewhere in the shop

I wish I had a pen and paper to explain this .
Anyway, what he means is that once you get in the car yourself *Whatever your body weight is* is going to be added to the "LF & LR". So instead of being at LF 953 it will be in the 1,xxx range and the LR will be in the 1,xxx range -- while the RF will still be in the 1,xxx range and your RR will be light and be in the high 8xx to very low 9xx range.
Thats WAY too much weight on the LR over the RR. I try to get 5-10lbs between the LR and RR by adjusting my Anti Roll bar (Or if you don't have a sway bar that you can adjust: You can lower/raise the front springs to throw the weight around until you get it close.)
Being the way it is now will cause the *** to go to the right. If you move the battery to rear rear or do any other major weight changing you WILL need to re-scale the car.
Hope this helps a little.
