This shows you're true colors. I ask you to please stop posting in my thread. At the age of 22 yrs old I ran 9's cam only, that is a lifetime accomplishment and I feel like your bickering about pictures/flycutting/fuel/etc is trying to take away from my achievement.

 

can you post up all the time breaks, 330, 1/8 etc..? I am just curious on the spreads.

Yes it does. Its a GM piston. It just a fly cut Stock GM Piston.

This car ran 9.98 with a GM piston that wasn't cut.

 

which makes it extra cool!

 

Everyone is worred about modifying a stock ls1 piston but this car isnt even a ls1 car.

I have a th350 I wanted to build for running like that but no one said it would hold up its making me think twice about building it instead of buying a th400

 

It all depends on the weight really, if your car will be full weight or some weight reduction go for the th400, if you have ALOT of weight reduciton like these cars do then th350 is a bit lighter.

 

You boys aint the only ones from KY going for that record

I took some time to search out this company after reading their "going out of business thread" and stumbled across this thread.


These douschebags talked all kinds of crap in this thread and fell Over 3 tenths short of this record.....

Now it's apparent that they ripped quite a few people off AND they can't back up their trash talking.

Hopefully in the future people search out ALL posts from Advertisers and NOT just threads they're selling themselves in.
Just reading how they conduct themselves in this thread would've shown how unprofessional they were.

Although I have to laugh at their failures, I feel for those effected financially from them.


BTW....I never realized someone had gone this quick "Cam Only" with an LS1 and that nobody has even come close to challenging it in the past 2 years.

Nice job to the OP and those involved.

Holy ****... What a thread haha. But congrats on the record from forever ago, im guessing its still holding. But what I find the craziest is you where 22!!! Thats ******* awesome. Its not to often someone in my age range is pulling some **** like that. It always seems to be some middle age or older dude thats been in the game for 20+ years. So congrats again.

But i was wondering how the intake and all that got roped into being part of cam only? I mean it apparently is accepted and thats cool. Just some friends and i where talking about what is counted as "bolt ons" and this made me think of it again. I would be more worried about someone doing an intake over fly cutting. But that's just me i guess. Still think its awesome and well done on the times and on cutting so much weight

 

external bolt on's, any part oil dosn't touch was the way I read it back we there was alot of guys in it.
