How about some CF lsx coil covers....the kind that just give the illusion of clean valve covers. I know there are Edelbrock aluminum ones, and fabricated sheetmetal ebay ones, but I bet some sexy carbon fiber ones would sell well. Also they are a simple to make and ship product.

I don't know if you guys do upholstery but I cannot find anyone that sells drivers side only replacement seat leather and seat foam, bucket and backrest. There are complete kits for all the seats but I don't want to spend $800 to fix one seat. Upholstery shops want an arm and a leg to do it and they want the seat for a few days.

Well....I see that Holley is now making some that look like BBC valve covers. That's what I was talking about. Maybe you could make something similar but different enough to be unique.

I think this would be an awesome market, Mark.

1) Replacement seat FOAM (I already know you guys do the seat covers)

2) PLEASE MAKE A STIFFER / STURDIER / CHEAPER THAN GM CENTER CONSOLE LID!!!

For the love of God, Mark, there's a market for them as long as they aren't made of liquid ******* gold!!

2 products, aftermarket, that NOBODY has had the ***** to attempt yet.

Boom.

Thumbs up

For us vert guys, I know this is a small part but GM discontinued these, replacements are no where to be found. Hell I would buy 5 just for back ups...see the two attached thumbnails of the two hole switch bezel.

And for us 4th gen firebird guys: I know someone already makes an aluminum replacement air damn to replace the factory unit but now that I have seen your carbon fiber work, I know one to replace the nasty black factory plastic would look killer in carbon fiber and sell well too I imagine? See the third thumbnail, new gm ones sell for $50, I would pay $175-250 for a custom CF unit...

I didn't read through the whole thread, so I'm not sure if this has been mentioned or if it already exists.

98-02 Camaro-The rear center section between the taillights that says "Camaro"?
I would be your first customer if you came out with a smooth one. I'm a "less is more" kind of guy. The car is debadged, no tailpipes, etc.
Don't make me use filler.

lol, we're working on the seat foam but it's not looking up. But on the flip side, when we make our seat covers, we actually add foam to the bolsters so that they have a little more shape to them in worn out cars.

As for the console lid, it would cost us WWAAYY too much and not be cost effective. We might have to sell then for a few hundred dollars.

The custom CF air dam sounds good, but there's no way we'd make them. You wouldn't want CF anywhere near your tires (splitters in CF are tough enough). After scrapes and what not the CF will start to "un-do" itself. If a shard breaks off, it could VERY EASILY pop your tires. CF is no joke, lol.

We're not too interested in making the piece. There have been TONS of write up on how to do it, and again the cost would be CRAZY for us. Then if we have fitment issues we'd look bad. The GM pieces fits so good we could'nt top that. Your best bet is go to a shop and do it or try it yourself...but if you do it yourself, TAKE YOUR TIME on it. Prep work will be the key.

We can do the seat leather but it will not match the rest of your seats. You're going to be hard pressed finding leather that will match all your other sun faded pieces. Even if you tell me your car is never in the sun it STILL has fade to it. It's the nature of leather.

Also, if a shop does it you can be really picky with it. I'd say to take your chances on ebay for the leather seat covers but be prepared for it to not be a 100% match.

If you're genuinely interested in a set of covers PM me and I'll work on the price for you to get you set up.... if you do it ASAP. We already sold out of our 1st Group purchase but the 2nd one is still going. We can even do leather if you'd like.

As for seat foam, read the reply I did above this one.... We actually pad our bolster area and pad the centers so that the seats have a nice comfy "new" feel to them. WE're working on getting seat foam molded but it isn't looking too good at the moment.

Also... we are coming out with a 2 new products very soon. They are in R&D now.

We're going to be introducing an 85mm and a 104mm Air lid.

1. The front accessorie brackets for those doing swaps since they are pretty hard to find and the ones you find are pretty expensive used.

Lid prototype pics coming after we get back from G15 F-Body Gathering. Our target price is only SLIGHTLY higher that what others have offered it for and that is AWESOME considering our quality is better (design and production) and ABS went up 30% two months ago and another 10% this month...

How about a delete plate for the headlight switch on 98-02 cars and Some sort of filler to replace the airbag once it is removed from the dash
