All options for bumper support?

i just did this on my dd rip that pos out throw it in the trash leave the plastic piece and metal bracket at the top to support it i drilled new holes in the flap on the bottom and stuck the oem clips back in. been that way for a few weeks now no problems and those things will only help your car under 10-15mph impact but will still destroy the bumper so wtf good is it. i took off the support, front sway bar, cruise control box + cable, and a smaller 245 front tire. getting better mpg and rides a bit smoother for a dd.

theres more flex in the body then the front frame w/o support, if it's a dd and your not road racing it, just alittle drag racin, like i said rip it out i'm still driving the back road 60-70mph and dont feel a big difference in anything about the car and it launches 10 times better at the track.

course i like a softer don't like the gocart ride and i live in the country, if i was in the city and wasn't a drag racer i may feel different. it all just opinions take it all with a grain of salt.
