if hes running all that under the hood on those front runners i dont see why my mezley build can't run them also!

If not, then I would caution against it, or at least be careful,. make sure they aren't bulging too badly, etc. Not sure on the ply ratings and whanot, 4 ply would be the minimum I would say.
I have seen this done before, stock 17's narrowed up for a bike tire. It was really stealth from any distance away. I don't know what that's going to do handling wise compared to a normal car tire. I'm sure tire life, will be short as most bike tires are a VERY soft compound compared to car tires too... if that matters to you.

the car has been from 3200lbs to 3615 lbs and at all weights has fallen out of the sky from dragging the bumper and no issues, same set of tires for the last 5 years, handles like a go cart
no soft steering reaction like front runners, he wont run any other tire
they are a real b#@$% to mount being that the bead is a lot tighter to the rim but we have never had any issues
