Default hoosier qtp or hoosier radial

ok i have a m6 with ls7 580rwhp in camaro, what are you guys getting to hook on the street/track "hoosier radial" or "Hoosier QTP" or something else need something to take the hard hit and hooker better then mickey thompson drag radails! thanks aj


needs to be 28" tire also and needs to hook on street and track better then damn mickey drag radials lol

Anything bias will generaly smash your criterea.

If you like hoosiers then the QTP is the ticket.

i have never had bias tires so not sure how much my car will move around at 139mph at end of track

Not bad at all if you run bias up front.

If you want the radials to hook then you need to focus on getting the car set up perfectly.

i just did a search for the hoosier bias vs. hoosier radial and not one came up. i just want some advice on if you guys would run a hoosier radial vs. hoosier qtp bias. i did not want a bunch of **** like search search i like to here the most recent updated **** thanks you for your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

also alot of guys have head/cam cars with 450 rwhp i am looking for best combo to have for a ls7 thats traps at 139mph with mickeys!!!

If I were to choose between the 2 mentioned Id go with the radials since they hook and have a stiffer side wall, although you prob wont see a huge gain over the MTs if your already hittin 1.43 60fts. If you go with the QTPs use tubes, my M6 and 28"QTPs didnt like each other without tubes. They were just to soft @14psi the rim would almost bounce off the ground.
