Im a little overwelmed with all the seat choices, mounting brackets, what works what dosent ect... I just want a driver seat to reduce weight. I want it cheap and lightweight.

Im liking the prices of the poly summit or jegs seats but can these be used without a rollbar?

Ok, I think I read that with ANY aftermarket seat a brace off a rollbar is needed? Is this correct?

I have the Jegs GS highback 2's in my ride. They seem to be holding up fine, and I don't have a roll bar in my car.

Are you using stock seat belts? No harness? Is your track NHRA?

Stock belts yes, and our home track shut down.

These are horrible pics but i have kirkey in mine and no bar and i used the pass side seat beacket with a lil fab work, i have also used the poly ones and i think they are a lil lighter, we know there cheaper but u set up kinda high in them at least i did in mine. I think the kirkey is a lil more comfortable beace the covers have a big piece of foam at the bottom i ran my polys with no covers
