My friend did another set of doors because I decided not to use factory windows. I decided to use a piece of carbon fiber on the inside to simulate a clean looking door panel. Also, the Percy's lexan came in for the doors which seem to fit well plus maintain the factory curve. While I was ordering the side glass I went ahead and got the Percy's front windshield.

No, I haven't had time to make the crossmember. However, I did mock up the arm and I ended up cutting the rear portion of the tunnel out where it initially hit with the old arm. My arm sits pretty high in the tunnel because the ride height is pretty low ( 26" off the ground from the fenderlip in the rear). I'm going to make a removable access on the drivers side so I can get to the torque arm to make quick changes.

Cool!
Sounds like what I did, but not removable.
Im glad your sitting high in the tunnel now, as I think were of similar heights just different combos.
I did some dumming and measuring and it looks like my tailshaft loop will get close to hugging the floor and I may need to square out the drivers side of the tunnel from just behind the front seat to my already squared out portion over the diff, to give the arm more room to move.
Thats what im seeing so far, are you seeing anything similar?

You need to start your own build thread if you're going to keep posting pictures. Otherwise we need to change the title of my thread to "My and Your Cars Progress..."

Im hearing you!
Have you got any more pics of the stub axle that you built....... I need to do something similar, but bring the steering arm probably 100mm further forward to accomodate my modified Kmember.
Dont suppose there for sale???

I don't have any more pictures on me and the spindles aren't for sale. I got some of Racecrafts jigs for their arms and race K-member so I'm building a new K-member that will swing forward and have a removable center section. Also, I'm going to build new a-arms and basically the whole front end. As a result, the rack will be further forward but I will have the geometry correct for the use of a pinto rack. After my LSX I might end up running a BBC with a dry sump so I'm going to need the room.

Took the front end off last night and finished welding everything. The bumper support ended up weighing in at 3 pounds. Now I'm just waiting on my extended hood to come in so I can remount the lights. Gonna start mounting the midplate tonight...

so you can get the trans out without tilting at all. And not lowing it bolted to the engine still? Maybe I'm missing somthing I didnt think the trans was on a slider mount, or the tunnel was gona come out?
the front end looks great, I like the slide in tube. You going to keep the bolt and nut setup, or will a pin work, or the sleeves short?. Gona do a push bar, dont see any towhook setup on the front?
The full frame rail length for a class? I can only think 10 after the front Kmember mount was the most spec I can think of?
