I have seen those kinds of headers on a custom job at a local shop. I did not see much info on his sight about them other then a list of cars that run them. every picture looked to have big tubes though from what i seen. I may give him a call and see if he has anything for an ls1 in an s10.

thanks for the link.

The man asked for the best header. You guys have no rules so a nitrious kit is a better investment.

"is that how you run them?"

I don't understand your question. Please elaborate.

I will say they do work better on the car than the carpet. They are the best fitting header we have ever had.

Not a lot left to do but more weight reduction. Does it still have the factory glass in the hatch?

Brian quit showing off!!!

Minshall-Yes it still has all the factory glass in it. Only thing the car has done to it now that it didn't when you had it is the manual rack, intake, wheels, custom cam, and the strange shocks are gone front and rear it has afco coilovers on it now.

I think I'm going to keep it the way it is while I run for the cam only record. Once I get #2 (or maybe #1) it's going to get a set of heads, a new convertor and a plate kit. I think with the transbrake installed and with me tweaking the chassis a bit more from it's 1.29/4.05/6.38 pass it will go to #2.
