7.9's is good for 12.245 in the 1/4. Your looking @ 7.7's and to be honest that car is under stalled.

To run N/A a high stall converter is almost a requirement. Some more in the rear gear would not hurt either.

What height is the tire and what does the car 60 and mph? Any race weight measurement?

Any dyno #'s or are you sure there is no TQ management left in the tune?

Agree with this, a 4k stall converter with some 4.10's would probably get your ET's down. That cam needs a bigger converter. Cam is too big for current setup IMO. Sometimes bigger isn't better. My buddy's T/A with a 228R cam only, 4k converter, with ET streets and full exhaust made an 11.90 pass in bradenton.

Agreed, without adding more to the engine in way of HP gears and a higher stall and you are there. Your 60s seem really good, so that's where I'd go.

its always funny to see a H/C car and pulled interior not make 11s, thats when you know your combo is way off. 4000 stall, full exhaust and right cam will go 11.9-11.8 all day and thats with full interior

Yes. People are misinformed, a lot of times by companies wanting to make a buck off a cam. Some cool sounding cam name like The SavageV2 cam...248/258....yea man you don't need gears and a 3000 converter will work fine..."

Just like others have said and I'll add in a factor saying your tune could be off some .
