Default 325/50r15 fitment?

I am looking at some m&h 325/50r15 dr's and I was wondering how the fitment is and how much bfh would I need to do? I read a thread on a guy running a 325/40 18 with bfh'ing no cutting. So im guessing it can be done just trying to get some advice from anyone they may be running them or has before. I'm currently running a 295/45r18 so I have already done a little to get those to fit. Will they be that much bigger?

Thanks in advance

^As mentioned, remove bumpstops, and BFH inner fenderwell for clearance. I run them.

I think the Camaro is the easier to fit them on, not a lot of work to do, the TA is the worst.

They look tough:

Depends what kind of 15s you are going with. Some 15" wheels require no grinding, others require a lot. If you haven't purchased yet, I would go with a quality wheel such as the Weld RTS. They are a true SFI approved drag wheel that is street approved as well. 15x10.250 with 7.50" backspace will require no grinding on a stock length rear axle. I have 325/50r/15 MT's on my Camaro with these Weld wheels and they fit fine. Little bit of hammering and removing bump stops and they tucked right in. I had stock control arms for a while too. The radial tire won't grow like a slick so I didn't need to adjust the LCA's or Panhard.

Your Camaro looks awesome in that pic.

The inner fender spot where you have hammer is, if you are look at the driver's side of the car, it's at 10 PM in the wheel well (2PM on the passenger side). I also recall clearancing at the bottom by the front lower control arm mount. It's all pretty clear once you are in there. And like Nick said you'll probably need an adjustable panhard bar to re-center the rearend. The amount of clearancing is a little more, little less depending on which wheels/ brand you run. The ones that stick the wheel out a wee bit more need less clearancing.

Clearancing is the same for 28W, or MT 13.5:

Sucks that it's a lift off, but I needed it to clear the intake and TB setup on the car. As far as looks I like it a lot though.

Very nice, and those side shots make me want it even more haha. I also like how the wheels tuck so nicely in the back.

I was able to get away with out cutting the bump stops and still have some room left. I did bfh the inner fenders and roll the fender lips, I also have an adj panhard bar and lca's.

Camaro396 did you buy your camaro back? I thought you had sold it. It's sick btw
