Default Comp Cams PTV clearance?

Does anyone know if this cam will have enough ptv clearance. I have been going back and forth decided to go supercharged or not. I am going to do a cam over the winter and hopefully an f1 procharger at some point I am just going to pulley way down to keep the stock motor together. I am going to put together an iron block motor over next winter just want to see what a stock motor will do first. http://http://shop.brutespeed.com/Co...-54-479-11.htm

No where near enough info to even guess at this answer.. Only true way to tell is to check. It literally takes 10 minutes to check a cylinder..

Sorry for the lack of info. It's a completely stock long block, vic jr intake w/ 4150 tb. 95% track car only street driven 1 mile literally each way to work occasionaly to work on. I am also going to do 1 7/8 or 2" long tubes. I just don't want to spend the money if there is know way it will fit I have no problem going smaller just wanted to get the most out of it while I'm taking it all apart

Link is dead to cam info.. Why go big though? Big cams don't mean **** if its not with the right setup. I would try to figure out though if I was going to go with boost first though so I could get a blower cam.

I am definately going with the charger just not right away and I thought the rpm range would work well with the intake and coverter I already have igot another link hopefully this one works. I will also change the rod bolts for a little insurance spinning it up higher

It might fit but definitely not the best for your plans unless you like revving the stock block to 8k rpm.

Slohawk I'm glad you chimed in because I would like to have you tune it after the car is back together. Is their a cam you would recommend that will run good without the blower and run even better once the blower is installed

I am open to any suggestions. I have been doing a little more research and see that people have had good luck with the brute speed blower cam picking up good power even in an n/a setup and will yield more gains when the procharger is installed, so I may just end up going that route
