VIDEO of my launch help**** NEW VIDEO WITH N2O post #72
what can I do to help keep traction
current suspension
SFC,LCA,LCA relocation, torque arm(pinion angle -2*), torque arm relo crossmember( tq arm in middle hole)
stock springs and shocks
th400 with 9" nitrous converter
moser 12 bolt 3.73 gears
raceweight is roughly 3800#
28" mt et drag radials 16lbs pressure
it hooks out of hole then you can hear the tires break loose then I get out of it
any suggestions of what I can try or what should I buy next
thanks

I can't tell much from the video but the way you are describing it it sounds like your rear suspension is unloading. On the cheap you can try ce rear drag shocks and set them at 50/50. If that doesn't work try some drag shocks up front to keep the weight toward the rear a little longer.
You mentioned a nitrous converter. We're you spraying? Mine did the same thing when I tried to put the 100 shot to it. I had the progressive controller set to aggressive for the track and as it came in it just overwhelmed the tires.

yeah im trying to decide on the fronts shocks? any input? I know I can get by with the CE 3-way on the back
see on motor it seems fine but I only cut a 1.67 60ft on motor so I know there is more in the 60ft but I also need to cut weight out of this car

I run strange SA up front. But I won't be of much help, I havnt ran my car since '11 and only made 2 passes on nitrous. But on my decent run my car picked the front up and ran out about 10-15ft sat them back down and started spinning again. A set of shocks will allow you to plant your tires harder and keep the weight back there. If you've got the cash, pick up front and rear adjustable. CEs are good for cheepos, but if you've got the budget just get DAs all around

Qa1's SA all 4 corners is what I'm on. So far 1.40 60' on 150 out the gate. All about planting the tire and keeping it there. Shocks would help plant it better, also an anti roll bar would help keep your car from twisting.
