I can't remember the website, but there is a calculator online that can go by dates. A looser stall will help, and the big *** tires are helping, but I wouldn't say they are the cause.

Post up your whole slip...it's just pissing in the dark if we don't know details. Also find out the DA.
The stall only helps a lot of you aren't spinning.
With your mods I would expect a best of 7.8-7.9@86-88mph in the warm/humid air you are most likely running in if you are running a 1.7ish 60ft.

It also has a correction calculator so you can compare the two runs in question. Just take their numbers with a grain of salt.
Thunderstruck is right. You need to post up the whole slip.
You mentioned you spin so maybe a bigger burnout or the track prep just isn't there. I've never had any luck stalling the car up like that when I just take the slack out of the driveline is when I get my best 60ft times.
Looks like your running a 28" tall tire too which with 3.73s isn't helping.

I run 7.5-7.6@ 89-90mph with bolt-ons. The key is getting off the line. Consistant mid 1.6 60' times through a very tight 3400 nitrous converter on 255/50/16 M/T DR's.

What specific tire are you running? I run 275/60 Hoosier DR with a 5000 stall and no issues I wouldn't blame on the tire, I would think a bolt on car would get bogged by it

I'll put my slips on after I get off work...I have 335/35/17 Hoosiers...and Idk it only bogs when I tried stalling it up...from an idle and just flooring it spun...so it must have flashed higher then...I don't feel like it's the mileage of the car either though because it feels like it runs great...I need to try and launch better I guess

OP: start by doing the easy stuff, change the tires (I'd consider getting a lightweight bias ply tire) and see what that does, if its still bogging than you may need more gear and/or stall.

Are was suppose to be aren't... Lol. Sorry my posts are kind of confusing lol, I'm at work.
What I'm getting at is the tires are too big and heavy for his power level, but being a Hoosier DR, I wouldn't blame the tire for the traction issues when spinning.

Last year my car went 7.80@87 to the 1/8th. My mods were lid, long tubes, ORY, flowmaster (junk) full cat-back, converter, ls6 intake, tune. Stock gears, stock maf, stock trans, BONE stock suspension (75k mile Decarbons, stock LCA's/tq arm etc) 275 drag radials on a 17" rim. Car was at LEAST 3700lbs with me in it. DA was JUNK...OVER 2600.
Just a point of reference...OP's car seems like it needs more stall, less tire, and a better tune. Just my opinion, best of luck.
