What size ET streets?

I have a 99 WS6 that I want to run ET streets on.
I know Im going to have to buy 16" rims but what are the largest size I will be able to fit on 16" stock TA wheels without rubbing the wheel well.

Will the ET streets be OK for the 40 mile each way to the track.

26x10.5x16 ET Streets will fit best on 16x8 TA rims.

You can fit 26x11.5x16 ET Streets on there but they will be a little bit taller than stock.

Driving on ET Steet's..Make sure the sky is clear that day for racing,and put about 25 pounds of air back in them on the way home..if you get caught it some rain..don't drive pass 35 miles an hour..or just wait till the streets are dry again..

Ditto on everything Brad said.

25psi, and I don't do more than 70mph on the road.

I got caught in rain with mine last week, I did around 25mph for about 50 miles. <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">

Keep your street radials on and change over at the track,that is what I have always done.Weather is forever changing and 40 miles is a pretty long ride at 60mph.You will be using more tire going to and from track than you will be on the track.Once you get the hang of it takes 5 to 10 minutes to change tires,wax behind wheelwell opening,wash windshield&fill out inscription card.
And if it rains[which happens 2 or 3 times a season,you will be happy to have real tires on the car. <img src="images/icons/grin.gif" border="0"> <img src="images/icons/grin.gif" border="0">

yea i just throw mine in the back and go to the track i bought a little jack and a x-wrench

Pro Stock John!!2 hours to cover 50 miles you must have been rather EDGY after that,I would be!!
