Default Fiberglass hood

Anyone seen or know of a hood that has a air box for a single plane on a 01 trans am?

I've been trying to find one for years.
With no luck.

Can't you just run a cowl hood without an air box? Like a VFN wide cowl hood or similar?

As long as the hood is open in the back and not touching the windshield would help but the rake on these windshields deflect air over the top of the car.
I had the VFN 5" extended to the windshield hood at one time, it smothered the motor. Lost .2 in the 1/4. Now I run a stock flat hood. Cowl is cut off. 3/4 of tb is open.

Hopefully I won't have any power loss with mine. I run a MAST single plane intake with an Accufab 4500 EFI TB and will be running it open(no air filter) at the track. Hood is a VFN bolt on wide Sunoco.
