Glasstek is what we keep in stock. We have installed multiple in house and shipped them out to multiple customers and no one has ever complained about them.

How much weight savings can I expect from a fiberglass dash compared to a gutted factory dash?

Fiberglass dash-hj4l2ug.jpg

GlassTek from midwest is in mine. I did move mine way!! forward from where the stock dash sits

I gutted my factory dash before. Still was stupid heavy compared to the fiberglass dash.

I have mine cut as much as you possibly could. I have an ebay special dash cap. With the vents back in it and a panel for the switches. It is right at 16 pounds. I still have the cd player in the car so I havent bought a carbon dash for that. Ive installed them for less than 8-9lbs with some small welded on brackets.
