Well that's the sprit, hurt the car over pride haha.

And damn, that poor rod looks like a wet noodle!! Good thing it was just that as far as hard parts go, and not a hole in the block.

Pretty much. That and I was pissed. The car was running so awesome. Drive 3 hours each way to a pretty good prepped track when all else has been shut down and it ***** up first pass. **** this thing lol

Struggled a bit with power management yesterday. had some relays pop out and cut a pass short. Made one semi successful hit with a peddled wheelie and coasted from 3.6 seconds out to a 4.9@128. Once I get the short track where I want it. Its going down!!!!!

Mad some progress with it this weekend. Track was a bit chilly so I couldnt get it to do much from the hit or early on. best that day of a 1.17. Converter is a bit tight down low due to this combo being so peaky. So Im going to loosen it a a few hundred rpm and try again. 32-33 psi she goes 157.x though. So thats cool. Also coasting to a 7.6 on a mediocre pass. promising future.

Heres a real sloppy 7.1@191 in the middle of the day. A little slick on it. Tightened up as the evening calmed and I got tired and made a few stupid mistakes. Typical me.
Made one really decent pass on less boost but was my only complete pass of the day with a 7.07. Hand slipped off the brake early. slowed the 60. Made a great 60 and got loose around 200-250 feet. messed that pass up to a 7.1. MAde a decent pass and forgot to turn the intercooler pump on so seen 274 degree intake air temps. pulled put 10 of my 13.5 degrees of timing available. so that was great to a 7.11@186. So made 3 back to back 7.07-7.11 passes in an hour. Converter is a 15-0 currently and is about 400 looser than Id like. Made it work the best we could. **** the dump valves completely off. added hygaurd. pulled some boost down then added it back and didnt pick up.
added 7-8% slip over what I had with the 15-45 low stall.
