WOW, I'm not exactly an authority on drag racing (as someone once told me ) but you personally losing 65lbs is a big deal. You've gotta feel better physically, i.e. more energy and less body aches from carrying around that extra weight.

Congrats on that alone Joel and keep it up. Even if you only lose a pound a month, your still progressing which is important.

JS we think the car has a 10.99 in it on a good day. Get an EWP. If you really want to go fast put some MMS parts on..

JS, I think your prediction is a safe, yet adequate guess. Also congratulations on losing 65 pounds!

Terry, are you going to tell how to make the EWP work with thermostat and such?

JS...just come racing at cecil in late nov/early december...its not uncommon to get some of those blessed -2000 ft DA days....then watch the 10s roll in

I think you have 11.00 maybe a 10.9x in the car in -500DA if you hook to a 1.4x sixty and get good crisp shifts from the tranny.

You should lock up the converter at the big end.
Might not help ET as much but the mph sure looks good

Good luck, I am trying to shed approx 90 pounds before my next track visit and tweak my suspension some more to hook these ET streets
If you run 11.0s you know with a 3200 pound raceweight you have 10.80's maybe even 10.70s.
cheers,
Chris
