Madman did it!
I just talked to Cody who is driving Madman's car at the Thunder race this weekend. He had just pulled into the pits after running an 8.756 at 156.50. He had to go so we did not get to talk much. Needless to say, he was "just a bit" happy. I asked him how the run was and he said "F***ing AWESOME!" I'm sure he will post some more information when he gets back to Houston. BTW this car uses all the stock suspension points in a stock manner with stock "looking" suspension pieces. The pieces are obviously beefed-up components.

*** getcha some ARE!! 8.75 @ 156 1.260 60'
Can you run? Were's your money bitch??
If you are easily impressed, go SCCA racing.
<strong>I'd be impressed if this was "stock suspension.com
but its not <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" /> </strong></font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">You have what??
I think we are comparing apples and oranges though. One car is using a stock type engine and the other is using a completely different engine and an aftermarket EFI system.
Don't take this to mean I want to discredit your run because it is fast and amazing any f-body is in the 8's with a stock style suspension. I have also heard and see that you have been very sucessful with the platform.
Congradulations on the run but lets keep this sportsman like. I'm sure ARE will be more than happy to step up to the challenge.

Do I have to drive all the way to E-town and have them not show up, or maybe Bristol and have them not show up, or maybe St. Louis and not show up, or maybe Canada and have them not show up.
Just say your scared.
