At Steele yesterday... all passes with a 175hp shot...
12:48 PM ......... Right
60ft ............. 1.477
330 .............. 4.437
1/8 .............. 6.845
MPH .............. 101.80
1/4 .............. 10.614
MPH .............. 132.56
Softened the shocks one click all around, lowered tires 1lb to 12.5 and leaned out the nitrous by 1/2lb of fuel pressure to 5 1/2lb, Raised shift points from 7000 to 7200...
2:09PM ........... left
60ft ............. 1.491 cold tires linelock inop
330 .............. 4.405
1/8 .............. 6.759
MPH .............. 106.91 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> hot clocks??
1/4 .............. 10.495
MPH ............. 133.01
Fixed linelock, raised shift points to 7400
3:22PM ........... Right
60ft ............. 1.480
330 .............. 4.391
1/8 .............. 6.780
MPH .............. 103.44
1/4 .............. 10.533
MPH .............. 132.00
What I learned.... LS1edit is where it's at!!!!
7200 is where the motor wants to be shifted on nitrous.
I've still got to get a better 60ft... low 1.40's would be OK for now... Going to BR for some dyno work and testing at the end of the month.
Not bad for a 3750lb car that was drove over a thousand miles during the two week holiday period!!

Gotta love the nitrous! These motors go nuts on them.
Congrats on the time with the full-weight tank there. Think you have a lot of potential left there.

Nice runs old man! I'm still quicker to the 1/8th mile on motor, with a tiny cam and stall, and a full exhaust system on the car. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

WOW! <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
Joe, That is way cool to run10.49 in a 3750lb Hot Rod. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
Get on down to Thunder and let Geoff do some more tuning on that bad boy. <img border="0" alt="[evil]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_devil.gif" />
Good Luck to ya. <img border="0" alt="[angel]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_angel.gif" />

Hey Old Man, if my research is correct, this makes you the 3rd fastest M6 in the country right.

Great runs Joe. I love that mph! These LS1s really start to sound like real race cars when you turn them over 7000 rpms. Outstanding!!

Do you drive the purple Camaro Joe? I was there getting my new best in the Formula. Your car was the best sounding LS1 there, nice and loud <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> It was cool that it was faster than the Supra too.

Nice times Joe! Glad to see you were finally able to make some complete passes in the car.
You would be proud Joe. I just got done hooking the nitrous up to my old '90 Honda Accord. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> Raced my friend John w/ his V6 Firebird (14.50@93) and I put 1/2 car on him up to 100mph. lol <img border="0" alt="[driving]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_driving3.gif" /> Since the Trans Am has been out of action for awhile, I'll have some fun in the little ricer.

Don't worry, the TA will be back on the road shortly. It sucks driving a slow *** car everyday when you have a TA sitting at home. lol
I want to see how my car does on motor vs. you on the gas. Should be a damn good race since you are gonna be close to 126mph with the 200 jets and now we fixed the FPSS problem.
Did you race Jason Stevens again?

That's a great sixty foot for a 3750 raceweight!
Your car weighs that much even with skinnies and open headers? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />
Awesome mph! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> I imagine your car would be awesome from a roll.
