The best way is to put it on a scale, and read the number that is displayed... Sorry, I couldn't resist...
But seriously, like SilverGhost wrote, most dragstrips do have a scale that they will open from time to time (or you can request that they open it), or you could try to find a local truck weigh station and see if they will let you weigh your car there...

Stop by a local truck stop. The big rig kind. They usually are located just outside of the city but most truck stops I have been to have a scale. Those guys are under weight restrictions depending on where they are going.
There is a CAT scale where i live and thats where I get my car weighed. Costs $8-10. I'd say weights are pretty close, my car weighed in at, stock with a full tank of gas, @ 3500lbs. I got it down to 3300 by removing some odds and ends, spare tire, rear seat, CATback etc and 1/4 tank with more to be removed.
