Default 325.50.15 MT DR Peepz... Some Q's

If you are running 325.50.15 MT DR's...

1) They are 12 or 13 inches wide on say a Bogart rim?

2) After 5 passes are they pretty bald?

3) Is your car lowered?

no, car not lowered, have not made track passes but have a few bunout runs on the street and they are a inch wider than my 28x10.5 slicks so a half inch on each side probably

My only question about these tires is even if they hook great why use them and lose the weight savings of the non-radials?

If they hook, the radial design will make the car faster as opposed to if the exact same tire was not a radial. There are no belts in the sidewall, only in the tread. And that keeps the tread from deforming under speed = your car will MPH better on the top end. Weight isnt the issue.

They are a little over 13 inches wide on a 10 inch rim. 13.1 I beleive.
I've got over 10 passes on them and they are nowhere near bald.
My car is not lowered.

1) 13" sidewall to sidewall on a 10" rim

2) no

3) Yes, with some massaging on the inside of the wheel wells and thats it. Outter lip is rolled nicely.

Used DR's from a buddy of mine, just might try them out since I can get them for dirt.

V6Bird, you 15x10/7.5? No spacers? Any pics?

on stock brakes you can get by with no spacers with strange brakes you have to either run spacers or mini tub it. i beat the **** out of it and its just toooo close without the spacer and race brakes, but you can do it with stockers if you want to grind your calipers that much, or you have the propper rims to clear.

I have 15x10 Weld Pro Star (7.5" Backspace) ET Drag 28x10.5W on my car. Side wall to side wall I think there 13 1/4" wide and it puts about 11 inches of tire on the ground.

I just want to know if I can fit 325-50-15 mt dr's on the car without cutting the inner sheetmetal out.

I will be on 15x10/7.5 welds or 15x9.75 bogarts, i will have a set of each now for the back.

They are actually holding up better than I thought they would. I've got 19 passess on them and about 850 miles.

They've been very stable on a heavy car down to 14.5psi so far with 1.55-1.67 60's in street trim. It's just a walk down the track to the top end with no cha cha going on.

No cutting except for the bump stop and I run a spacer. 15x10 with 7.5 bs

I have about 10 passes and a few hundred miles and they still look great.

My best 60' so far is 1.47

pretty sure we can get it in the 1.3's with these tires
