Time Difference from stock converter/3.23 gears to 4400/4.10 gears?
I *think* I have 3.23 gears and I know I have a stock stall converter. What kind of time could I expect to shave off going with a 4400 stall + 4.10 gear?

4400 is not too much for a stock cam if we are talking pure performance. in fact the fastest SI cars here all run the 4400 - either yank or tci
and its nearly impossible to determine how much loss. but if we have to, IF, and thats a big IF, you have a good tire (m/t drag radial, et street, et drag), i think yo can gain a full second reduction. its an incredible convertor. you dont need that much gearing unless you step up to a 28" tire. it wont help you much at all.
