Are the requirements for T-tops different from a hardtop? Im looking to have either a 6 or a full cage installed in the next couple weeks. I took the car out this weekend and it ran 11.02 NA on a shakedown.

This directly affects me so I just now called NHRA eastern division 215-343-2558 and they said the rule has not been changed. There is NO et requirement for a chute and only a MPH requirement which is 150 mph.
I suggest calling NHRA directly before you make a disision. Don't take my word for it.
