1MEANGTO - any experience as to how they compare with BFG's and M/T radials (more concerned w/ traction on street over track)?

I'm also really interest to see how the Goodyears and M&H Racemaster DRs perform....but my 10-bolt fears the Goodyears, based on that Mustang guy who tested them.

I ran a set for most of the season, I couldn't get them to take a transbrake/full throttle launch like the ET drags will, but off the footbrake I ran just as fast with them as I did with the ET drags off the transbrake.... whatever that's worth.

They're not a bad tire, but definately go for the 275/60, if you want to really hit it hard out of the gates, you will not be able to do it with any less tire.

And please, toss that junk 10 bolt/2.73 gear ratio in the rubbish, it's probably about time that goes away isn't it LOL.

I think there is a guy on here with a red TA that pulls 17" wheels off the ground with the Hoosier DRs.

They hook great on the street. Had them on my 99 z28 and with 432 rwhp thru a locked a4 they'd hook from a high 1st gear/2nd gear punch with 3.73s (315/35/17s) if the weather was warm and the concrete not real cold. Theyre a real sticky compound and Id bet they wouldnt last long on the street. I only had them about a month before I sold the car. The sidewalls are softer than the MT radials too
