Anybody see the new Hoosier drag radials?
They look pretty good, I'll be curoius to see how they work. Basicly an ET Street style pattern in a radial. Think I should give these a shot or buy another pair of M/T radials? I did notice that the 275/50/15s are only about 25.5" tall. I wonder if that 1/2" less will help me, I don't need much tire with the 2.73s out back. lol.
Only pic I could find.

ha it looks like a slick with a few slits across. Hardly a tread pattern but it meets the rules of being a drag radial.
They're pretty sweet man, you should pick up a set of those.

goodyear hasn't been released yet, I'm not sure when they'll be available. I think I heard this summer.
I saw them at the US Nationals in Bradenton when all the big boys were in town. Someone I know sweet talked them into getting a free pair to try out.
They felt like they were just as sticky as M/T's but with a wrinkle wall sidewall.

THe new hoosiers i saw in Jegs were in a great size...335-35-17...and they were a radial. Maybe a better choice for my 17X11 rims than the 275 MT ET Street Radials I have now.

My buddy just got his 335 Hosier DR's...very nice, big, and sticky. He is putting them on ZR1 sized 11X17 rims for his 1990 vette...I will try them on my 2000 Camaro to see if they fit.
