Thanks, the Hoosier radials have a softer sidewall than the Mickey's. I was surprised that they wrinkled like that to.

A nice hit, it will carry the front tires 150' and set them down, as the power comes in, it will pick them back up. On radials everyone who is fast has put it on the bumper at some point. You dont just go make shots and magically have the wheels at the perfect 4-6".

I'm really contemplating putting some wheelie bars on when my new setup is finished, i'm tried of putting the thing on the bumper!!! It seems you get it just right and then you try and make a tiny change to get a little better, or track conditions change a little bit and bam, on the bumper again! Luckily i've never smacked down really really hard and damaged anything, I usually get her down pretty smooth and can finish out the run, only damage done is dented headers. And I thought the radials wouldn't hook well enough to have to worry about it, but boy was I wrong, my first pass with the 275/60 mickey's I got my best 60ft ever and the car stayed down nice so I figured I could add a little more starting % to the controller and went from 40% to 50% and that little change put it on the bumper next pass, went from 6" to on the bumper, WTF!

Ah, the Easy Button. Ten percent more nitrous is not a "small change".

Yes, was talking about the nitrous controller. 40% of a 275 shot is 110, 50% is 137.5, I saw that as a small change and really didn't expect it to take it from a 6" wheelie with a 1.29 60' to a bumper drag. But then again, I think that 275 shot was putting down a lot more than 275 judging by what it gained on the track, so those #'s could be higher and more of a difference which is something I didn't really think about at the time.

Love the drag radials. Just something about driving to the track, making some quick laps with wheels up and then drive it home w/ nothing more than a little air pressure change!
