Do a controlled experiment at the track, 3 passes with it on and 3 with it off, if you can get more than 6 passes then do that.
Well I just did this actual experiment last week. 3 passes w/ the sway bar on. All 3 were either 1.9 or 1.8 60' times. Took the sway bar off and then made 3 passes all were 1.6 60' times. 2 to 3 tenths on the bottom isn't too bad IMO. I went from 7.8's to 7.5's in the 1/8. Well worth the 15 minutes it took me to take it off IMHO.
