Yes, ProStars are evil. At least one of you guys needs to sell me your 15x10s or 15x8s immediately and upgrade to something safer.

racing wheels werent made to turn. The aluminum can get tired and break. Like any racing wheel. Also if the front end of your car weighs as much as that truck it is time for some weight mods

Look on the busted out center, it says STREET LEGAL right on it lol.
Either way they are six years old and mounted on a friggin land yacht, who knows what they have been through in the last six years. Unfortunate yes, but if I shot myself in the leg putting a 'defective' gun in my holster and two months later did the same thing with the same gun I would be way dumber then the defective gun

I may be wrong, but i think the only "drag race use only" prostars/draglites are the 4" or lower width rims..

I had bought 6 prostar wheels from weld (2) 15x3.5 and (4) 15X10. On every box they came in, it said and I repeat "NOT INTENDED FOR STREET USE" They are not built with the durability for daily driving street use. The constent heating up and cooling of the wheel, effects the wheel and can cause damage like viewed in this forum. It has happened to bogarts as well. I drove on the street with prostars. I drove with 3.5 in the front and had 2 sets of 10inch on the rears (street and a strip set). I drove on 200mile road trips with them. But my car is no where near a DD. These wheel are not built with the integrity (sp?) that a NONdrag wheel is made with. The weather, road conditions, and heat are a back breaker for these wheels!
