Not hard at all if you take your time and start on the trans tunnel and work your way out. I used 3M spray adhesive where the tunnel transitions to the floor, and any other place where it sloped.

I'm gonan order the black, from the pic's it looks like it will match up with the ebony carpet the closest. I plan on ordering 4 yards, I think that's alot more then I actually need, but I'd rather have too much then not enough.... that would suck

Ant more weight savings or just nice to have 1 solid piece of carpet so you have no holes in it from the rear seats or seat belts.
i remember weighing mine and it was around like 16-18 lbs FYI
