Done it on the front and back, no problems so far, although thinking about just taking some metal strips to hold the bottom from flapping around.

There seems to be some inconsistencies in the actual weight of the bumper support and foam. I just pulled mine out and stuck it on the digital scale from my NX filling station.

For my 2001 Camaro it was almost exactly 20#
this was for the foam and the support bar with all 6 nuts threaded onto the studs.

In my impala I completely took off the rear one ( there's enough to hold it well). And I put an aluminum one up front it weights about under 6lbs the stocker like 45.

Just pulled mine off a couple of hrs. ago. Mines a 94 and with the fog lights stilled attached to it when pulled, it weighed 23lbs. The total reduction for the day was 44lbs.

I had the rear pulled for a while but i was hesitant about the front, because the cover seems so sloppy. However i pulled the support from the front a few weeks ago and havent noticed any sag yet. Although im alittle sad i lost the foglights, the extra air through the foglight holes is directed right at my tranny cooler so its alright.

Same here about the trans cooler. I believe the LT1 style front ends shape has a little less chance of distorting compared to the newer style.

Front has been off mine since I did my ram air over a year ago. Still fine.

Don't DD it anymore but I could. Had to the last couple weeks because the truck needed some attention and it's fine.

How hard is it to pull the rear?
