Bogart ?
About to pull the trigger on some 15x10 Bogarts and wanted to get some opinions or complaints on them, if any. Which model would you recommend? I was looking at the Bolted RT but I like some of the others too. What is the difference between the Floyd bolted and the regular bolted?
I would post this in the wheel section but am looking more for a drag opinion. These wheels will not be on the street and am just concerned with the rears for now.
Thanks!

Dont get bolted RTs. Get the welded, my father had a set of the bolted and they were a **** to clean and polish becasue of the damn bolts, plus I dont think the bolts look good. Go with welded all the way. Either way bolter or not bolted, Bogart is the way to go.

They aren't cheap but I do feel like they were worth it. Better looking then most wheels and lighter too. Plus if sell them you can get most of your money back it seems like they hold there value pretty well.

I love mine. Bolted RT's. The only problem ive had is with the lug nuts. I have a 12 bolt with bigger studs and i am useing weld lug nuts that pass all the way through the wheel. I cant get them to tighten up without ******* the studs up. i have stripped one already.

Even if they are cut shorter, for others reading, they will NOT still work with every style wheel as some of ours have a special milled cut that need smaller diameter washers!
E-mail or call me directly if anyone has questions or comments please. We build the wheels to fit the application. Even an LS1 F-body is different then an LT1 F-body build.

On another note, be careful when you're taking them off as you may have mushroomed the shanks on those lugs. This means you need to be careful when pulling them through the milled bolt hole.

hey steve, thanks for the reply. My studs are 3 in long and when i screw the lug nut on it goes on fine and has about 1/2 an inch of thread left. but when i put the wheel on and try to use the weld lug nuts as soon as it gets in the wheel good it gets VERY hard to turn. Its the craziest **** ive ever seen. the lug will fit fine through the hole in the wheel but not if im trying to put the wheel on. what kind of deat can you make me on a set that will work? thanks Charles

Did most you guys go with drag brakes or are you using stock brakes? You get a deeper lip with a wheel for the drag brakes but not sure how much of a difference it is.
